If you browse, use or buy from this site you are bound to these Terms and Conditions. In the context of this website the terms “we” “us” and “our” refer to Skill4style. The term “you or “yours” refers to the Consumer or Browser of this website. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and we may choose to alter or edit these at any point. Skill4style and all associated domain names are registered property of Skill4style LTD.
Skill4style’s website is for the retail and trade sale of Fragrance, Hair and Beauty Products.
Products and Prices
All Prices Stated are in Sterling £ and include any VAT at the appropriate rate.
All products and prices are written as accurately as possible, we endeavour to keep all prices and descriptions as accurate as possible and up to date. However, Skill4style does not warrant that any Product descriptions or prices on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We reserve the right to make any changes to Skill4style and the details of our products without notice and with no liability from our behalf. All products are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel the order on that point. If your order is cancelled a full refund will be granted.
Ordering Details
We accept payment via Paypal, Cheque, Postal order or Direct Bank Transfer.
By ordering from us you agree to provide the correct name and address of the card holder and we reserve the right to reject any payment we suspect to be fraudulent.
If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you via email or telephone.
We do not accept responsibility for any refunds in cases where the incorrect address has been used.
Delivery
Delivery prices are available at checkout. We use Fedex, Royal Mail and Parcelforce to deliver our products. Terms and details of the delivery services can be found at their respective websites. Please allow 14 working days for delivery (European Customers 30 days). If orders exceed the period mentioned above, please contact for an immediate replacement or refund. Mulitiple buys may be eligible for a discounted postage price depending on size and weight of the items.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to and not exceeding 14 days from the time of purchase. The item must be in an as-new resalable condition unless stated faulty or unusable. Please contact us within the above time frame stating a reason for return. Items will be refunded or replaced depending on your request. Please ensure all returns are adequately packaged, either by using the original packaging or one of the equivalent quality. We will not accept returns for used items containing liquids, gases, sprays or powder. We will not accept returns of any used hairbrushes for hygienic reasons. We strongly advise you to request proof of postage from the courier used. Please return your item with the original invoice provided, if this is no longer available please contact us via email or phone. You must notify us of any defect, damage or fault within a reasonable period of time or you will be deemed to accept the product. We have the right to return any product we deem to be breaking the following rules and guidlines.
For faults or technical issues occurring after 14 days, please refer to the manufacturer (if relevant) for a replacement or repair. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, loss of business or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (however caused) which arise out of or in connection with your use of the Products.
